Opened in 1989 by Ana Miah, The Juboraj is the premier Indian restaurant in South Wales and for many miles around, challenged only by its sister restaurants in Mill Lane and Lakeside. The trend in South wales at present seems to be for cold food takeaways for Indian food but Juboraj is very much in the conventional mold and the 90 covers in the main dining room are often full. Very popular locally and well thought of. First of a group that has now grown to include the award winning Juboraj Lakeside and two other branches as well as Juboraj Express. 'Best in Britain 1994-96'.
