Ingredients :

Method :
Preheat oven to 350F/180C/Gas
Mark 4. Pound the escalopes
flat, lay a bacon rasher and a sage leaf on each, roll up and secure
with a toothpick. Heat the butter in a heavy-based frying pan and
brown the veal on all sides. Remove the rolls from the pan and
arrange in an overproof serving dish, pour over the wine and bake,
covered, in the oven for 20 minutes.
