A decade has elapsed since the Cinnamon Club opened its doors with a
view to change diners perception of Indian food in the UK. The
transformation of the Westminster Library was a bold move but the

Classically trained in India, Chef Vivek Singh has transformed the
face of Indian cooking by drawing inspiration from age-old recipes

The wine and cocktails menus reflect the ethos of the restaurant. The
vibrant list features classic drinks such as the Negroni and unique
infusions such as their signature Asian Paradise a blend of
gin, lychees, and lemongrass infused with a bitter herb liqueur.
