Started by entrepreneurs Kal and Parmjit Dhaliwal and
then run by their father Mr Singh, Killermont has been an institution
in Glasgow since opening in 1991 though it is now under different
ownership. Based on a polo them with its own small (a little run
down) polo field it is set off the main road and is approached along
a driveway. The restaurant is a series of rooms, very tastefully
decorated and providing the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the rather
individual style of cuisine. Very much a haunt of celebrities.
