Ingredients :

6 King prawns
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander
Half mustard seed
2 tbsp coconut cream
Half tsp limejuice
Half tsp turmeric
Half tsp cumin powder
Half tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp black mustard seed
2 tbsp water

Method :

King prawns marinated with chilli powder, turmeric, cumin, salt to taste
Refrigerate for 2 hours

Take a shallow frying pan and heat the oil, fry the king prawns until golden brown, remove with slotted spoon, drain.

Sauce
Heat the oil, fry the garlic until golden brown then fry the onion until brown, add chilli, cumin, turmeric, coriander salt and mustard seeds and brigh to simmer.

Add coconut cream and lime juice

Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice.
