Ingredients :

King prawns 12
Ajwain seeds 5gms
Garam masala 5gms
Ginger garlic paste 90gms
Lemon juice 120ml
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 2.5gms
Chilli powder 5gms
Yoghurt 480mls

Method :

1 Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, ajwain seeds, yoghurt, chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric. Keep aside for 2 hours.
2 Arrange on skewers and cook in the tandoor or grill until half done. About 15 minutes.
3 Baste with butter occasionally and cook another 3 minutes
4 Remove from skewers and arrange on platter sprinkle chaat masala
