Ingredients :
4 large pork chops
5ml (1 tsp) jerk seasoning (or more if you prefer it hotter)
OR - you could make your own:
50g pimento berries
6 spring onions
2-3 hot peppers, chopped
4 fresh cinnamon leaves, chopped (or bay leaves) |
Method :
1. Wash and dry the pork
2. Rub in the jerk seasoning
3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes
Grill or barbecue the pork until cooked, turning once. |
