Ingredients :

Marination :
8 King Prawns
1 tsp salt
20ml vinegar
Half tsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
Half tsp garam masala
Half tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp ajwain
1 tsp cornflour
15ml mustard oil

Cooking:
25ml cooking oil
2 large green pepper
2 large spanish onions
4 large cloves garlic
8 fresh green chillies
20gms peeled ginger
200gms fresh tomatoes
1.5 tsp garam masala
Half tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp powdered deghi mirch
1 tsp powdered kastoori methi
10gms fresh chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method :

Peel prawns and clean them thoroughly.
Soak in white vinegar and salt for 15 minutes
Then wash the prawns thoroughly, marinate in the mixture of ginger and garlic paste, ajwain, cornflour, garam masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice, mustard oil etc for 20 minutes.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, add the marinated prawns and saute until cooked.
Prepare a thick paste by mincing the green pepepr, onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
Add same to the prawns in the frying pan and saute the mixture.
Add all spices (garam masala, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, powdered kastoori methi, Deghi Mirch powder and salt)
Add chopped fresh tomatoes and cook all the mixture on a slow fire.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with cooked basmati rice or nana bread.
