Method Mix the oyster sauce, rice wine and cornflour in a bowl. Add the sliced steak, mix well to ensure that the beef is fully covered evenly and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Heat a wok. Add the oil and heat until hot. Stir-fry the spring onions and ginger for a few seconds. Add the beef and marinade. Stir-fry until beginning to brown. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry until warmed through. Season if desired and serve. |
