that operated with the "Best in Britain Awards" (BIBA) for
so many years.
It is impossible to choose a
"best" restaurant as experiences are subjective and
location plays a great part in the style of dining esperience on

The purpose of the Mofo awards from Mood Food Magazine is to
designate restaurants in various parts of Britain where diners can go
for exciting cuisine and a hard standard of service in very
acceptable surroundings. The other restaurants making up a "Top
100" for the national Mofos are a mix of recommendations from
the general public and careful research by the editorial team in
conjunction with The Federation of Specialist Restaurants.
